Hello Everyone!

Spring has finally arrived here in Maine, and we have a very busy schedule here for the next couple of months. We will be replacing the sliding doors and larger windows in the townhouses, along with installing ceiling fans in the master bedrooms.

We are continuing to replace our older furniture whenever possible, and hope to install new carpet in some of the units. We will also continue to move forward with our plans to improve the landscaping around the units, adding more color to the grounds as much as we can.

Despite the gloomy economic forecast, we expect another great summer entertaining owners and guests from around the world. We have received many calls wondering when Bar Harbor will open for the season, and the recent construction boom in Ellsworth speaks well for this summer and also in the future for Downeast Maine.
