Hello Everyone!

Best wishes to all for a happy and healthy 2009. As always, we are using the quiet winter time here at the resort to prepare everything for a busy season once spring finally arrives.

2008 was another great year here at Acadia Village Resort. Looking back, we accomplished many of our goals. We replaced 120 windows and 18 sliding glass doors in the Townhouses. We also installed ceiling fans in all master bedrooms in the Townhouses. We have seen immediate savings in energy costs from these improvements, which will benefit us for many years to come.

We have started making the switch to more energy-effecient light bulbs, and will have this project finished in early 2009. We continue to replace appliances, fiurniture, and equipment as best we can, and thank our owners and guests for their patience as we move forward with these improvements.

We continue to have owners who have owned for many years, and now have deicded to sell their ownership at Acadia. For anyone looking to own here at Acadia Village Resort, prices are the lowest I have ever seen for deeded, lifetime ownership here. Anyone interested can contact Nora Walker or me at the resort if they have any questions.
